RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt, with the original tag attached and shipped with the original packaging.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@iacopa.it with your return request, including your order number

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your parcel. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for its return.

3. You will receive a refund within 10 business days after the returned order has been received at our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee of 5 EURO will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

 

FAULTY ITEM OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly inform us (info@iacopa.com) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as efficiently as possible.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service at the moment.

To make sure you get the item you prefer, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

We ship exclusively within the EU and UK, with free shipping.

For UK orders – duties will be added during checkout.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on the delivery service and delivery address.

We offer the following delivery options:

 Standard delivery

• Free across EU and UK for orders above €100 and 100 GBP
• If below free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout
• Generally arrives in 2–6 business days
• For UK orders – duties will be added during checkout

Express delivery

• Fee depends on location – and will be displayed at checkout.
• Generally arrives in 1–3 business days
