Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt, with the original tag attached and shipped with the original packaging. 

Please note that the cost of 5 EUR will be deducted from the total refunded amount

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@iacopa.it with your return request, including your order number 
   
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your parcel. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for its return.
   
3. You will receive a refund within 10 business days after the returned order has been received at our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee of 5 EURO will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t allow an exchange service at the moment.
To make sure you get the item you prefer, please return your current item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the product you want. If you have any questions about returns, feel free to reach out to us at info@iacopa.it.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly inform us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as efficiently as possible.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
